EA Sports and Codemasters' paid 2026 expansion for F1 25, released on 3 June 2026 in place of an F1 26. It brings the 2026 regulations, Audi and Cadillac on the grid, and the new Madring circuit in Madrid.
How demanding is F1 25 2026 Season Edition?
With ray tracing off it is a light load: every current card we list clears 100 FPS at 1080p, and the RTX 5070 stays above 100 FPS even at 4K. Turning ray tracing on cuts frame rates by between a third and two thirds, and the separate path tracing mode is heavy enough that only the RTX 5090 runs it above 60 FPS natively, and only at 1080p.
What GPU do you need for F1 25 2026 Season Edition?
For high refresh racing without ray tracing, an RTX 5060 covers 1080p, and an RTX 5070 or Radeon RX 9070 XT runs 1440p well past 144 FPS. With ray tracing on, the RTX 5070 holds about 100 FPS at 1080p and 60 FPS at 1440p, while 4K with ray tracing is RTX 5090 territory.
