  • Who is an Office PC for?

    Best fit: SMEs and corporates outfitting offices, schools and training centers procuring student / staff machines, reception / admin / HR / finance roles, professionals who don't need workstation power but want a properly built daily driver, and any business buying in bulk for predictable productivity rather than custom specs.

  • What can an Office PC actually run?

    Comfortably:

    Pick by primary use:

    • Office PC — productivity, communication, business apps, multi-monitor admin work. No discrete GPU or basic GPU. Quiet, efficient.
    • Gaming PC — current-gen GPU (RTX 5050+), 1080p+ gaming, esports, light streaming. Can also handle office work.
    • Workstation — sustained heavy load: video editing, 3D rendering, CAD, AI training. High-VRAM GPU, multi-core CPU, ECC memory.

    Buying for an office that mostly does email + Microsoft 365 + light browsing? Office PC. Buying for a creator or engineer? Workstation. Buying for a gamer or content creator? Gaming PC.

  • How many monitors can an Office PC support?

    With integrated (onboard) graphics, an EMARQUE Office PC supports up to 2 displays — the exact outputs depend on the motherboard (typically HDMI + DisplayPort). This covers most office roles comfortably.

    For 3 or more displays (trading desks, multi-system monitoring, design QA, control rooms, multi-window finance work), we add a dedicated GPU at order time — a simple configuration option, not a re-build. With an add-in GPU, the system handles 3–4 displays at resolutions up to 4K each. Tell us how many monitors you need and we'll spec accordingly.

  • How long will an Office PC last?

    5–7 years of reliable office service with proper maintenance. We spec components for longevity rather than peak performance — quality PSU, sufficient RAM headroom (16GB minimum), NVMe storage, durable case. Most components retain manufacturer warranty for 3+ years on top of EMARQUE's 3-year system warranty + lifetime labor support.

  • How does EMARQUE handle bulk / corporate purchasing?

    We support business orders end-to-end:

    • Volume pricing — quotes scale with order size; ask our solutions team for current bulk pricing tiers
    • LHDN e-invoice — issued for every order; compulsory for orders above RM10,000 per current LHDN rules. Provide your company name, business registration number, and TIN at order
    • Asset tagging — we can label individual units with your company asset tags before delivery
    • Coordinated delivery — single drop or multi-site dispatch with delivery scheduling
    • Refresh planning — we keep your order configurations on file for predictable refresh cycles

  • Why EMARQUE Office PC instead of refurbished / used / Lazada / Shopee?

    Three core reasons:

    • All-new authorized parts — every component is genuine, current-gen, with full Malaysia manufacturer warranty. Refurbished and used PCs may have past wear, expired warranties, or no warranty at all. Marketplace builders frequently use grey-market or older-generation parts.
    • Build quality — assembled and stress-tested in our Petaling Jaya workshop. Refurbished PCs often skip thorough testing; marketplace builders flat-pack and ship without validation.

    Every EMARQUE Office PC includes the same warranty stack as our higher-end builds: 3-year system warranty, 90-day 1-to-1 component exchange, lifetime labor support on EMARQUE-supplied parts, and dedicated tech support in Malaysia. For corporate clients, we offer on-site service options and maintenance contracts for fleet refresh planning. No bulk customer is too big or too small.

  • Can my Office PC be upgraded later?

    Yes. EMARQUE Office PCs are built around standard form-factor parts — easy to add RAM (up to motherboard maximum), upgrade storage, add a discrete GPU for unexpected workloads, or expand monitor outputs. Drop the PC at our workshop, we install and re-validate. Lifetime labor support applies as long as upgrade parts are EMARQUE-supplied.
