The AM4 mATX motherboard supports DDR4 memory upgrades up to 128GB depending on chipset, and storage is expandable via additional M.2 NVMe slots. All workshop upgrades include re-validation, as long as parts are EMARQUE-supplied.

Each customer is assigned a real builder at our Petaling Jaya HQ — pre-sale, post-sale, warranty — same team. Walk-in support is available at HQ. Our JB and Penang locations are collection points only (order pickup at scheduled times), not service centres — for service work, ship the PC to PJ or arrange a courier with us.
