Great people with great knowledge on getting you the best PC for your budget and needs. Love the flexibility of them being able to do super budget builds to extremely over-the-top monster builds. Even if you're 50 50 on getting a PC just head over to their shop and play with the toys there 🤣

I chose EMARQUE because of the clean, sleek aesthetic of the PCs they built - far above most of the other custom PC builders in KL in my opinion. On that regard, they did not disappoint! They also gave good advice on picking parts that fit my budget and needs. That being said, I would still advise anyone to do their research after getting a build recommendation, to check each individual part to see if they are happy with it before committing.

Recently went to this shop to service and do a general health check up for my PC. When talking to the owner (Kiri) he was very upfront with me on what I needed to do in the coming years and adviced me accordingly. Most shops that I've been to always try to sell me their items as soon and I step into the shop. However when it came to EMARQUE they told me to keep my cash and come back when I really needed to upgrade my PC because mine currently runs perfectly. I 100% recommend this shop for any and all PC related things weather its servicing or building a new PC!

Everyone in Emarque is super friendly and patient! It took almost a whole year, going back to the store around 3-4 times to discuss and configure my dream build. They never pressured me to make a purchase, I was constantly changing my mind over what I wanted in my build and they were always there, explaining different components to me in layman terms. Aside from PC building, they also helped me clean my old laptop for a reasonable price! I'd definitely recommend anyone who wants to build a PC be it for gaming or work to give Emarque a try!

Nothing but pleasant. I have build my own PC before and wanting to skip the building part for my new build, I approached Emarque. Among 3 others System Integrators (SI) that I approached, Emarque is the only one that really understood the customer needs instead of shoving parts that they want to sell blindly onto customers. They entertained my queries and parts preferences for my build without hesitation and very attentively. Their inventories and product choices are very wide as well. I was entertained by Kiri and he was very helpful and patient throughout from making my quotation until my PC arrives at my doorstep. They treat you well even before you agree on the build. The build and work quality is very good as well. Very satisfied. Highlight of it all is that the crew clutched on finishing my build on a Friday as they wanted to make sure that I can enjoy it during the weekend. Highly recommend!

After surveying a few shops, I found Emarque to be the best. They try to get the parts / brand as what I wanted. No hard push of sales of the stock available only as per what other stores always do. Just say whatchaa want and prepare the $$$!!!!!! Price wise, I would say its cheap. +- only a small amount as compared to purchase the parts yourself. Definitely cheaper compared to some of the others major shop. You can even get quotation for the setup that you wanted. Easy peasy. Service wise is good. Job done as per promised timeline. Just that the whatsapp is a bit hit and miss here and there. Overall, easy to deal and fast to get. Parking around the area is easy to get. Thanks to all the staff for being so friendly too. 👍👍👍 Good PR by the team. You custom order can be shipped too. However, owners of EMARQUE. Please look into alternative online payment gateway (maybe shopee, etc etc). More online deals can be secured if 0% interest / charge. 2020, we want interest free. Recommend this shop.
