What's included with the ASUS Ascent GX10 (NVIDIA DGX Spark) from EMARQUE?
The ASUS Ascent GX10 ships as a complete personal AI supercomputer: the GB10-based system, the 180W USB-C external power adapter, USB-C power cable, and ASUS documentation. For teams that need deeper deployment help, solutions are available from the EMARQUE AI team on request (pre-validation testing, setup assistance, EMARQUE AI stack, workflow tuning).
The ASUS Ascent GX10 is one of NVIDIA's partner-built reference designs in the DGX Spark family (Gigabyte, Dell, HP, MSI, and others all make their own variants). Because all GB10-based DGX Spark units share identical silicon, the practical differences between partner variants come down to thermal design, storage hardware, and chassis layout. ASUS's variant ships in a slightly taller chassis (150 × 150 × 51mm, 1.48kg vs the 1.2kg reference) with a Stellar Grey finish, vertical front vents for airflow, a distinctive integrated power-button indicator, and a Phison-based NVMe SSD with 1TB / 2TB PCIe Gen4 or 4TB PCIe Gen5 tier choices. Independent testing places thermal behaviour on the warmer side of the family during burst workloads but consistently within operational limits.

What are the exact specifications of this ASUS Ascent GX10 unit?
Published ASUS Ascent GX10 specifications: NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip (20-core Arm CPU + Blackwell GPU); 128GB LPDDR5X unified memory; Phison-based NVMe SSD with 1TB / 2TB PCIe Gen4 or 4TB PCIe Gen5 capacity options; 10GbE Ethernet plus NVIDIA ConnectX-7 SmartNIC (200G × 2 QSFP) for Spark Stacking; 3× USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 Type-C ports (with DisplayPort alt mode) plus a separate USB-C 180W PD power input; 1× HDMI 2.1a; WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 wireless; Kensington lock slot. Chassis 150 × 150 × 51mm at 1.48kg, Stellar Grey finish.
Performance ceiling is approximately 1 petaFLOP of AI compute (FP4 sparse). For exact stock-level config questions, email business@emarque.co.

How long is the warranty, and what support does EMARQUE provide?
The ASUS Ascent GX10 ships with ASUS's 3-year manufacturer warranty covering hardware faults on the unit and its components. EMARQUE's built-in role is local handling of that warranty:
- Local point of contact — pre-sale, post-sale, and warranty all routed through the same EMARQUE team. Real person, no ticket queue.
- RMA routing — if a hardware fault appears, we route the ASUS warranty claim on your behalf so you don't have to navigate the manufacturer's process yourself.
For deeper post-sale needs — pre-validation testing, OS reinstall, driver issues, network setup, Spark Stacking configuration, EMARQUE AI stack deployment — solutions are available from the EMARQUE AI team on request. Scope and charges quoted on enquiry.

What real-world performance has the ASUS Ascent GX10 demonstrated in independent testing?
Independent hands-on testing by StorageReview measured concrete throughput on the ASUS Ascent GX10:
- Llama 3.1 8B inference (Equal workload) — 70 to 2,750 tokens/sec across batch sizes 1–64
- GPT-OSS-120B inference (Equal workload) — 70 to 680 tokens/sec across batch sizes 1–64
- GPT-OSS-20B inference (Prefill Heavy) — 1,650 to 4,550 tokens/sec
- GPU Direct Storage Read — peak 5.12 GiB/s at 128 threads
- Unified memory bandwidth — 273 GB/s LPDDR5x
Thermally, the unit reached 87°C on the CPU and 82°C on the GPU under aggressive prefill workloads without thermal throttling; NVMe peaked at 56.8°C and the ConnectX-7 NIC at 73°C — all within operational limits. Idle temperatures sit at ~38°C. Reviewers noted ASUS's chassis sits on the warmer side during burst phases but remains consistently stable, and identified the SSD choice (Phison Gen4 base tier) as the main variable to specify when ordering — the Gen5 4TB option is recommended for sustained storage-heavy workloads.
