  • What's the difference between belt-drive, gear-drive, and direct-drive wheels?

    Gear-drive: mechanical gears, noisy, weakest feedback. Entry tier — good for getting started cheaply.

    Belt-drive: rubber belts, smoother and quieter, mid-range feedback. Where most enthusiasts settle in.

    Direct-drive: motor connected straight to the wheel shaft, fastest and strongest feedback, closest to real motorsport feel. Where serious sim racers end up.

  • Are the pedals included with the wheel?

    Yes — every wheel kit we stock ships with a matching pedal set. Entry-tier kits include a 2-pedal (throttle + brake) bundle; higher tiers ship with a 3-pedal set (clutch included) for proper manual H-pattern shifting and rev-matching.

  • What's the warranty on a MOZA or Thermaltake wheel in Malaysia?

    Wheel bases typically carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty on the main body. Wheel rims, pedals, and shifters carry 1 year. EMARQUE handles the RMA routing locally — no need to deal with overseas service centres yourself.

  • Will this wheel fit my existing cockpit?

    Most modern cockpits (including the Thermaltake GR-series and Next Level Racing models we stock) use standard mounting bolt patterns that fit every wheel we carry. If you're running an older cockpit or a custom rig, send us a photo on WhatsApp — we'll confirm fitment before you order.
