What to have ready
Five answers turn a vague enquiry into a costed shortlist:
- The games or software you actually run.
- Your monitor, or the resolution and refresh rate you are targeting. 1080p 144Hz and 1440p 240Hz lead to very different builds.
- A budget range rather than a single number, so there is room to move a part up or down.
- Case size and finish, since a small form factor constrains cooling and part choice.
- Storage you need now, and roughly what you will need later.
Collection and delivery
Systems ship insured nationwide, and typically take three to six working days to build, validate and dispatch. Walk-in collection is available if you would rather inspect the machine in person, with an appointment recommended.
