Every EMARQUE gaming PC is built in our Malaysia workshop by experienced technicians, validated under load (CPU + GPU stress, memory, storage, thermals), and shipped with a configured Windows install plus driver suite. We hold our own inventory of components so if anything shows an anomaly during validation we swap it on the spot — you only ever receive parts we'd put in our own builds. You skip the assembly headaches, parts compatibility risk, and warranty fragmentation that come with self-builds. And if anything ever goes wrong — at delivery, six months in, three years in — one team owns the support end-to-end. No juggling multiple retailers and channels, no logistics cost and time bouncing parts between suppliers.

Yes. We source through authorized Malaysian distributors only, and every component carries the manufacturer's official Malaysia warranty. We stand by the parts we suggest — if any component fails within the first 90 days, EMARQUE will arrange a direct 1-to-1 exchange rather than putting you through the manufacturer's RMA process.

Yes — multiple ways to make a build manageable:

3-year warranty on the EMARQUE-built system as a whole — covering assembly, configuration, and thermals. On top of that, individual components retain their manufacturer warranties — typically 3 years on CPUs and GPUs, with some parts (PSUs, certain memory and storage) covered for 5 to 10 years at the maximum. EMARQUE follows each manufacturer's warranty timeline so you get the longest support possible based on what the manufacturer offers. We also provide lifetime labor support on any EMARQUE-built PC for as long as the parts inside it were purchased from EMARQUE — bring it to our workshop and we service it without a labor charge.

For high-refresh-rate competitive gaming (Valorant, CS2, Apex), Intel still has a slight edge in 1080p frame consistency. For mixed gaming + content creation (streaming, editing, multitasking), recent Ryzen chips offer better multicore value. Both platforms perform within ~5% of each other for typical AAA gaming at 1440p and above — pick based on the rest of the workload.

Build, validation, and dispatch typically take 3–6 working days for any EMARQUE gaming PC. For custom configurations, we update you with the specific lead time once your order is in. Our technicians personally pack every system — multi-layer foam, internal foaming protection, corner protectors, anti-static wrap, and GPU bracing — so it arrives in the same condition it left the workshop. If anything happens in transit, we cover it.

Yes, nationwide delivery via insured courier. East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak) typically adds just 1–2 working days on top of the standard build window. The same protective packing process applies regardless of destination, and shipping insurance is included on every PC — if anything happens in transit, we replace it. No matter where you are, your build is protected.

Yes. All builds use standard form-factor components on tool-less or low-tool cases. We document which slots are used and which are open in your build sheet, and we offer post-purchase upgrade installation — drop the PC at our workshop, we install and re-validate. Lifetime labor support applies as long as the upgrade parts are EMARQUE-supplied.

We start with a remote diagnosis (drivers, in-game settings, background processes), and if it's a hardware issue we cover it under the EMARQUE warranty. End-to-end support is what we do, and it doesn't end the day your PC ships.

Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday at all locations. We strongly recommend booking an appointment first so a sales person can assist you for a smoother handover — your appointment also confirms the build is QC-cleared, schedules a proper unboxing, and gives you a moment to ask any setup questions in person. Please bring your IC for verification upon collection.
