EMARQUE warrants to the original purchaser that any hardware part of the computer system, excluding accessories (display monitor, keyboard, mouse, software, operating system, documentation and similar items) will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for the period the warranty included with the purchase from the date of delivery to Customer.

We will warranty all parts in your system during the warranty period Specified by the components manufacturer. Excluded from this warranty is any damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals, improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse, or mishandling.

If EMARQUE does not receive replacement hardware back within the stated time frame below, EMARQUE reserves the right to charge the customer for the value of the hardware, and/or, VOID the customers warranty and technical support services

  • 14 Days: Old hardware return back to EMARQUE within 14 days from shipment of new hardware.

EMARQUE is not responsible for damages to any components or loss of any data inadvertently caused by products, under normal or abnormal use, including those purchased from EMARQUE. EMARQUE will not replace, repair or refund any purchase if an item’s serial number does not match what was originally sold. There are absolutely no refunds for custom work (i.e custom paint, special order chassis, custom cutouts). EMARQUE will be not be responsible for shipping to EMARQUE after 30 days if an RMA is necessary. EMARQUE will only be responsible for shipping back to the customer. Customer is responsible for shipping item to us. Limited warranty does not cover damages or defects cause by: Shipping (other than related to the original shipment from EMARQUE).


At your behest, we will employ virtual on-site, remote diagnostic software to correct any issues we can remotely. This service can be recorded for auditing purposes and privacy assurance.

Please note, if the customer begins to experience issues after the upgrade the customer must remove the suspected hardware in order to obtain warranty service and support. EMARQUE will not offer warranty service for hardware that is not purchased directly.


Since EMARQUE does not directly manufacture LCD panels for our monitors or laptops, we are going to pass over the same warranty terms that EMARQUE has with the manufacturer(s) to the customer. If any of the three conditions are met or exceeded, EMARQUE will replace the unit for the customer:

  • Over 6 bright dots or 6 black dots or 6 mixed bright and block dots in total.


The above constitutes purchaser’s exclusive remedies for breach of warranty. EMARQUE shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any other damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential and other similar claims whether based upon breach of contract, breach of warranty, negligence, or strict liability, or any other similar theories.
